We now have four new ministry teams:
- Phone Check-in Team
- Courier Team
- “Available for Unexpected Needs” Team
- Face Mask Sewing Team
The Phone Check-In Team will have a list of names of people to make initial check-ins and to evaluate needs; they may also maintain regular contact with one or two people.
The Courier Team, keeping a safe distance, will run errands to pick up things like prescriptions and groceries for those who can’t drive or are in self-quarantine.
The “Available for Unexpected Needs” Team are people who are willing to be asked, as new needs arise.
The Face Mask Sewing Team sews face masks for Hyder House, for hospitals, and for church members who need one.
