Christmas Eve at St. John’s United Methodist Church is a time to celebrate and worship together. We welcome all who would like to join us!

Christmas Eve Services

7:00 pm – Candlelight Service
Candlelight Carol Service with glowsticks to close out the experience as we sing “Silent Night” together. This service is family-friendly, and seeks to echo the joy of the good news that Jesus Christ is born!

8:30 pm – Carillon Concert
Played on the Charles Brown Memorial Carillon. You can enjoy from the comfort of your own car in our parking lot, or come inside the sanctuary to listen! Music played by Andy Galt and Guy Eaton.

10:30 pm – Christmas Meditations for the Pipe Organ
Jeff Mitchell will be playing reflective Christmas music in preparation for our 11 PM service.

11:00 pm – Candlelight Service
Candlelight Service of lessons and carols with time for meditation and prayer as we reflect together on the sacred texts of Christmas. This service seeks to remind us to slow down and ponder the arrival of the Christ-child.
